Glen Ewin Estate is a private residence and as such we do not have accommodation on-site. Several alternatives are available including AirBnBs & partner hotels in the CBD which are less than 30min from the property.
Do you do wine tasting?
Wine & gin tastings are available at our Gatehouse Bar, please refer to the contact page for opening times.
Do you have a restaurant?
Light food & refreshments are available from our Gatehouse Bar, we also host seasonal events which are advertised on the What's On page.
Can I book into the Gatehouse Bar?
We offer walk-in only, however you are welcome to contact us on the day to check availability.
Can I bring a small pet?
We are a pet-friendly, outdoors and on-lead only. Pets must be minded at all times.
How do I purchase ticket for your events?
Please visit our 'What's On' page where you can view all upcoming events and purchase tickets.
When is the fig picking season?
Each season is different as we cannot control the weather. Generally, fig season is from February to early April and different fig varieties ripen at different times. Visit www.freshfigs.com.au for details.
How do I book a picnic?
Picnics are available from October to April. Collection anytime between 11am and 1pm; must exit by 3pm on event days. We reserve the right to adjust these times and availability of picnics depending on event bookings.
Is WIFI available?
Yes, there is free limited WIFI available on the property.
Have you got car park facilities?
Glen Ewin offers free parking facilities next to each venue.

Can I bring my own food and wine?
Food cannot be brought to Glen Ewin Estate unless pre-approved in writing. We have an extensive range of beverages available and do offer BYO corkage for a special bottle or two you wish to bring.

What types of events do you cater to?
We cater for all type of events, large, small, weddings, birthdays, team celebrations, engagement parties, training or conference day, take your pick, we can do it!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests?
We cater for all dietary needs at no additional cost when these are supplied ahead of time.
Can you assist with event planning and coordination?
Our team will guide you through the process and ask you questions to help prepare for the celebration.
What are your standard inclusions for event packages?
Our wedding & event packages include tables, chairs, white linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and all staffing. We also have hire items available such as easels, lawn games, outdoor umbrellas, among many other options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling an event is never an easy decision, and while we understand things sometimes change, there will be a charge associated with the cancellation. The specific amount will vary depending on you contract & the time at which you request to cancel. Refer to the T&Cs in your contract for more information.
Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients?
Minibuses are great ways to safely get to/from a wine tasting or event. We recommend organising in advance through Des's minibus or any other provider of your choice. Please let our team know the size of the bus(es) to ensure sufficient space is available for them to turn around.

No, vehicles cannot be left overnight.
